Years ago, I realized that as we continue living in a stressful environment at home and work it was taking a toll on our mind, body and spirits. I saw people who were not achieving their goals whether it be health related, spirit related, mind related.

I saw the world beating people down. Society has told us that we would never reach our goals, amount to anything, be happy. The more people bought into these beliefs quality of life of each person was being eroded stripping away the essence of what each of us are, could be and should be.

I became a Reiki Master and saw what wonderful things could happen in the healing arena. I became a hypnotherapist and saw what wonderful things could happen when we "believe" the truth about ourselves. I became a massage therapist and saw what could happen when the body is touched, muscles are relaxed and the body realizes that it can trust and that it is on its way to optimal health.

I have made it my life's purpose to help my clients restore every part of their essence back to its natural state of balance and harmony. Nothing is more rewarding than to see clients achieve things in life that they never before thought possible.
